The next steering committee of the CHIMERA project and the cluster manager training will be hosted by the Terrassa Chamber of Commerce near Barcelona in Spain from the 20th to the 22th of March!
The event is centred on the training aspect of cluster managers and is will have a workshop-based structure. These workshops are specifically structured to cluster managers/enablers, who are responsible for coordinating projects inside cluster’s network in the creative and cultural sector.
Workshops will focus on technological transformation in the business environment, as it is essential to understand how technology has emerged as the only sufficiently robust platform for cultural and creative companies. Web 3.0 and the emerging role of social media has revolutionized the access and creation of content, and only organizations that know how to take full advantage of the opportunities will be able to capitalize on the benefits in the future and improve their competitiveness.
A fact-driven approach, by presenting state-of-the-art theory through the analysis of real-life case examples and in-class activities, tailored to participants’ knowledge and objectives. Each module starts with a calibrated mix of theory and practical examples to introduce the main topics, followed by the presentation of real-life case examples. Every presentation is followed by a practical activity where participants can put the theoretical framework in to practice. This allow participants to adapt each module to their existing remits and responsibilities.
The ultimate objective of this workshops is to contribute to the competitiveness of creative and cultural sector clusters/enablers by sharing knowledge, instruments, skills and experience with participants related to digital marketing, networking and international promotion the creative and cultural sector.
