How street art can regenerate cities, involve the inhabitants, attract tourists and dialogue with enterprises
Are the operators of cultural and creative sector generators of innovation? How much do their actions promote sustainable urban regeneration?
Starting from these questions on Tuesday 22nd February we will try to investigate if and how creativity generates innovation, activates virtuous processes of participation and urban regeneration and promotes sustainable development.
We will find out how street art can regenerate areas and neighborhoods, involve the inhabitants, attract tourists and dialogue with enterprises, making cities greener and more sustainable.
We will talk about it with those who helped trigger these processes: the mural artist FEDERICO MASSA a.k.a. IENA CRUZ, the Pigment Workroom collective and the innovative Farm Cultural Park cultural center which, starting from the regeneration of 7 courtyards, has activated a process of regeneration of Favara's city to make the city a contemporary art pole in Sicily.
The meetings will take place online in English. To participate you must register here
