A set of key factors defines different perceptions on cooperation
This work is an essay on different levels of cooperation: it has been realized collecting opinions and points of view of European Commission, Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG Regio), from an EU Member State perspective (Italy) and Interreg managing authorities/joint secretariats.
An interesting study that allows us to boarder our vision on the different scopes of cooperation programmes and their strong complementarity.
When we approach this theme, we have to pay attention on different scopes, different goals, different activities and different stakeholders involved into the projects.
We have to focus on the geographical area where the programme will be developed, the past cooperation experiences of the territory and the impact that the programme will have for the community.
For the programming period 2021-2027 a more integrated approach to sectoral and territorial policy implementation is in focus.
