From March 20th and 22nd, the 4th Steering Comittee Meeting was held in Terrassa in Spain, gathering all the partners of ChIMERA project and more particularly managers who are responsible for coordinating services inside cluster’s network and strengthening international network in the creative and cultural sector.
The training session for clusters managers was organized by Chamber of Terrassa and contucted by Montserrat Pañarroya a professional trainer of 3ISIC reaserch institue. During this meeting, several workshops were held, about communication, supervising pilot activities, managing administrative and financial tools, building innovation and creative stretegies, future trends and online tactics. It was a very complete session of digital communication.

The different workshops provided a global vision of the strategy should be adopted to integrate a larger digital dimension into the long-term objectives of the project. The meeting with other organizations enabled to benchmark partner’s practices and drew inspiration from them to increase the overall performance of the project’s actions. Link was created between clusters thanks to their ideas and practices swapping.
Now project managers are able to create their cluster business plan by understanding the current state of the creative and cultural sector and the future perspectives. Thanks to these methods they can appreciate international best practices in digital cultural and creative marketing and optimise their own digital marketing cutting edge methods and tactics.
This initiative of mustering clusters established the beginnings of a promissing cooperation in the future, which can only develop and become stronger.
